This is Jenny. She's pregnant. The little tike has positioned himself on a nerve and sometimes she has to try and coax him into another position. If it was for any other reason, this photo would just seem plain odd.

I like stuff on a shelf. Maybe its a love of organization. Maybe its just pure boredom. Dunno. But stack 'em up, load 'em in and show off your lots of stuff. Its satisfying.

Nice, um, pants. I'm not even sure if they're considered pants. Now you may be asking yourself where I found these. Not Fredericks of Hollywood. Not Victoria's Secret. Not even Good Will. Nope...this nifty piece of fine lace is at Target. I kept trying to picture the ensemble that would inspire the use of these and simply couldn't. Real classy folks.

Moving art

I love this painting downtown at the Chase building. Its a huge canvas, easily 10 feet tall and there's a camera across from it that projects onto the canvas so it looks like pieces of the dandelion are moving around it. I wish I could have gotten a better angle. Dandy.

Dim Sum and Dust

Had my occasional dim sum date with my friend, Kerry. Always interesting...usually consists of shrimp 'n such because everything else is unrecognizable to me as a food group. Sticky rice is the best! Then we wandered around and into a couple of antique shops. This photo captured my interest.  I'll leave it to you to wonder what they're thinking. Good luck.

Today was such a gorgeous day. It was so peaceful to watch the sun flashing through this tree. Almost like someone was up there flashing a mirror. Gorgeous. Good for my soul.

Eatzi's new arrival

So Eatzi's just opened a new location under our office. Yay. Good food. Bad music. Spotted a guy dressed up like a honey bee (he corrected me after I accused him of being a bumble bee). Got my hot chocolate on. Ate a nasty granola bar dipped in coffee grounds (just one bite before I passed it on to a more deserving person). This is going to be hell on our already ridiculously awful parking situation. But good food abounds, and we definitely needed a new kid on the block. So Eatzi's, I bid you welcome!

Sleepy Sunday

A rainy Sunday, a tired girl, a comfy bed and a kitty nearby. Today was all about catching up on the zzzz's. Here's hoping I'm not awake all night.

Flea Harvey's...good times

Went out to Lee Harvey's today for their monthly flea market. Andrea and DeAnn were out there selling their wares...hmmm...wonder if that Gizmo took top dollar. Vicki bought a French Kitty bike. I had a good salad and bought some fun postcards. Good tunes..nice weather..rode the bike..good times.

Today was long-day-at-work # I've lost count.  But I had my moosic to keep me company. Thank you, P Furs. I heart you!

Asenine, I say

So today at work, my usual computer problems produced this little wonder. My Quark program was trying to open and just this tiny little box showed up on the background image of my monitor. As it worked its ways through my gazillion fonts, it landed on this one and stuck there for a while. SO poignant for today. I derived much glee from this little ditty.
